Chowdhary (IPS-1991) as chairman of Public Service Commission for the Union territory of Jammu and Kashmir. According to a notification issued by the General Administration Department, a copy of which is in possession of news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO), the Lieutenant Governor has appointed A.K. Chowdhary as chairman PSC.
